By depositing or purchasing native Indian cows (such as Gir or Kangayam) into our shelters, you grant our certified veterinary team full management authority for feed, health care, and hygienic milking.
All milk harvested from custody cows is logged digitally. Revenues from the sale of organic A2 milk, ghee, and manure products are split 50/50 between the cattle owner and farm management to fund shelter operations, premium organic feed, and vet services.
Owners have the right to visit the Coimbatore facilities. Visits must be scheduled 48 hours in advance via the mobile application to ensure safety and prevent disruptions to farm operations.
Every registered cow in custody must be insured. While we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and veterinary care, farm management is not liable for natural deaths or climate-induced illnesses, provided proper medical attention was documented in the cow's health log.
Cattle owners can request to withdraw their cow from custody or transfer registration to another user with a 30-day notice, subject to outstanding feed and shelter service balances.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
